Indian Army Agniveer Salary 2023:

The Indian Army is recruiting eligible and interested candidates as Agniveer under the Agni path Scheme 2022 of the Central Govt. Candidates who are aspiring to appear for the recruitment should check the complete Indian Army Agniveer salary and other details. Indian Army Agniveer salary will be Rs. 4.76 Lacs in the first year and will be incremented in the subsequent years. After completing four(4) years of service, Agniveer will be paid one time ‘Seva Nidhi’ package of Rs. 11.71 Lacs. Along with a handsome salary, there are different allowances and benefits that Agniveer (ARMY/NAVY/AIRFORCE/ CMP for Women) will receive.

Indian Army Agniveer Salary 2023-24:-

Candidates who are recruited as Agniveers will be given a salary package of Rs. 4.75 lakh for the 1st year and this will be upgraded to Rs. 6.92 lakh in the 4th year. The detailed salary structure is as given below. The every month salary of Agniveers will be as follows:-

· 1st Year --- ₹ 30,000/- (with applicable allowances also)

· 2nd Year --- ₹ 33,000/- (with applicable allowances also)

· 3rd Year --- ₹ 36,500/- (with applicable allowances also)

· 4th Year --- ₹ 40,000/- (with applicable allowances also)

Besides there is provision of Seva Nidhi which amounts to ₹11.71 lacs (With, interest accumulated on the above amount as per the applicable interest rates would also be paid) 30% of monthly emoluments will be contributed by individuals while an equal amount will be contributed by the Our Indian Government. This will be accumulated over a period of four(4) years. The details of contribution are as given below:-

· 1st Year: ₹ 18,000/- Every Month (₹ 9,000/- By Agniveer & ₹ 9,000 By Our Govt.)

· 2nd Year: ₹ 19,800/- Every Month (₹ 9,900/- By Agniveer & ₹ 9,900 By Our Govt.)

· 3rd Year: ₹ 21,900/- Every Month (₹ 10,950/- By Agniveer & ₹ 10,950 By Our Govt.)

· 4th Year: ₹ 24,000/- Every Month. (₹ 12,000/- By Agniveer & ₹ 12,000 By Our Govt.)

Indian Army Agniveer Allowances and Benefits:-

Life Insurance cover of ₹ 48 lacs for the duration of their engagement period as Agniveers in the Indian Army.

₹ 10.04 Lacs as Seve Nidhi Package on Exit from Indian Army after Four years.

‘Agniveer’ Skill Certificate

One-time ex-gratia up to ₹ 44 Lacs in addition to Insurance Cover of ₹ 48 lacs with Seva nidhi of ₹ 10.04 Lacs with Salary of remaining service in case of death on duty will be provided.

One-time ex-gratia up to ₹ 44 Lacs with Seva nidhi of ₹ 10.04 Lacs with Salary of remaining service in case of disability on duty.

Risk & Hardship Allowance,

Dress Allowance,

Medical Facility.,

Canteen Stores Department (CSD) will also be payable to Indian Army Agniveer during their engagement service.
